This initial meeting is vital as it’s an opportunity for us to fully understand your needs, which in turn allows us to do the best job possible. It’s also the start of a journey to build a relationship with you, working transparently and collaboratively.
Whatever your technology needs, we are fully committed to using new and varied technologies, which in turn allows us to further our expertise.
Once we have spoken to you, we allocate you a dedicated virtual resource who will then work with you, week in and week out.
Firstly, you will have a face to face meeting with your dedicated virtual resource. This provides an opportunity for them to get to know you, understand more about your business, clients and what you need them to do. We believe that this is critical to ensure that we are delivering the best seamless service, as they will be responsible for providing a dependable service that is supportive at all times.
We will regularly review the service that your virtual resource is providing to ensure we are meeting your expectations.
We strictly limit the number of clients managed by each virtual resource so that we can ensure that they can carry out your tasks without letting you down.
Confidentiality and integrity is critical to us and all our virtual resources sign a confidentiality contract with us.
Your virtual resource will keep a weekly update for you, this will be emailed over to you at the end of each week so that you are kept up to date on progress.
We are passionate about growing your business in the same way as we are our own. Our approach is to take care of each task with the same sense of responsibility – we manage details scrupulously, attention to detail is guaranteed.
However large or small the support you have in mind, whether temporary holiday, sick leave or career break, we can provide a permanent virtual resource who can integrate into your team. Your virtual resource will become a valued addition to your business and you’ll wonder how you managed without them.
We only ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide that you no longer need our virtual services so you do not need to worry about being tied into any long contracts.

All of our Virtual Operations Managers are experienced Project Managers which make the perfectly equipped to be able to manage multiple, complex tasks, whether you need:
- a Strategic Project Manager to apply structure and manage tasks whilst you are busy doing what you do best or,
- an Operations Manager to set-up and manage your growing business for you, we can help.
The benefit to our clients is that we haven’t found any other business that offers flexible, Virtual Operations Management.
All of our Virtual Assistants have strong corporate backgrounds, with sound experience of working in a role which strongly relies on structure and process. This makes them ideal for helping with transactional activity, this can be from managing your diary, planning your travel and accommodation to managing your invoicing process.
With experience of working with businesses that want to grow, we find that providing both services is a benefit to our clients, as we can provide either strategic and transactional resource to begin with and then potentially provide both when the time is right.
We offer a number of packages, which we have created based on the work we have done with other clients. In addition to this we can also offer a Virtual Assistant or Virtual Operations Manager if you have specific requirement on a pay-as-you-go basis. Our rates are from £30 per hour plus VAT for a Virtual Assistant and from £40 per hour plus VAT for a Virtual Operations Manager.
