What we do
Wendy Johnstone Ltd is a friendly, supportive award winning business that has shown significant growth since its inception in September 2014.
We provide relationship driven virtual support that is tailored around our client’s needs, whether it be simple diary management or more complex strategic project management. No business is the same and we recognise the importance of listening to our clients and their needs, then tailoring an offering that works for them. In addition to our bespoke offering we also offer a number of packages for different sized businesses.
To make this work effectively, our Associates make sure that they put the customer at the heart of everything that we do. All our Associates have corporate experience and have either been a PA, Project Manager or maybe even both!
We provide a contract, work shadowing, training and ongoing support in a safe environment with an experienced Operations Manager or Virtual Assistant.
Working for Wendy Johnstone Ltd is a great option if you are just starting your own business as it can be very daunting of if you are looking for some extra hours and you don’t have the desire to look for your own clients.
How we select our Associates
Values are an important foundation at Wendy Johnstone Ltd, we recognise that all Operations Managers and Virtual Assistants are different and bring differing skills and experience to the team. This is really important to us, as it allows Associates to work together for the benefit of the client, its also a great way to get upskilled. Its fundamental that Associates are authentic, that they can proactively manage themselves and work as part of a team.
Our ambition is to attract flowers, that put in the right environment with the right support, can truly blossom, just like Wendy herself.
